Navigation: Loans > Loan Screens > Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Screen Group > Bankruptcy Detail Screen >
The list view at the top of the Bankruptcy Detail screen displays the Name, Tax ID number, ownership Type, and Consumer Information Indicator of each customer attached to the selected loan account. When running the Bankruptcy transaction or any other action (see Actions and Dates field group), you must mark the Selection checkbox next to each account owner who is filing for bankruptcy (or modifying their bankruptcy). You can mark all the checkboxes listed, or just the names of those who are filing for bankruptcy.
Another list view and several search fields are located at the top right of this screen. Select the radio button next to Case Number, SSN, or EIN, enter the applicable data in the field below those radio buttons, and click <Search>. Any matching bankruptcies will be displayed in the right list view. Select the bankruptcy in this list view, and the other fields on this screen will display the information for that bankruptcy. This tool is especially helpful for individuals who have had many bankruptcies or for accounts that have many borrowers.
