The Account Address / Statement Information field group on the CIF tab of the Marketing and Collections screen displays mailing information, as well as whether or not this account should have advertising messages included on statements and whether this account wants paper or e-mailed statements.
Information you change in this field group will be changed for the account record.

Mnemonic: NTPADD, NTADDR |
Use these fields to indicate the physical and mailing addresses for the person selected in the Owners field. This field is populated during loan origination, or any time address information is added or changed through the Customer Relationship Management (CIF) > Households screen.
You can also edit or add new addresses by clicking the blue Edit Address text link on this tab. |

This is the ownership or relationship this person has to this account. See Ownership Codes for a list of possible selections in this field. Ownership codes are important in Credit Reporting and for ECOA codes. See the Account Ownership field description on the Households screen for more information. |

Select this box if the name displayed in the Owners field is considered the owner of the account for IRS reporting purposes. |

Mnemonic: LNSCYC |
This field indicates whether a monthly statement should be sent for this account. If a statement should be sent, this field will say "Send Statement." If a statement should not be sent, it will say "Do Not Send Statement." Note: This field is only available for loan accounts.
Institution Option STBK is available that will stop statements from being created for accounts in bankruptcy. |

Mnemonic: NTLSEF, NTLSNP |
Select the method of delivery for loan statements from the drop-down list. Statements can be paper-only, paper and electronic, or electronic-only. Electronic statements can be viewed by the customer from your Web site. See the E-Statement Reference Guide on DocsOnWeb for more information (found under Remote > eStatement).
You can also view their eStatements from the Contact tab of the Marketing and Collections screen. However, your institution must be set up in order to view eStatements from this tab. If you currently do not have this feature but would like to have it, contact your GOLDPoint Systems account manager.

Click the list icon to select the correct mailing address for the statements.
This code determines the mailing status of customer statements for this address. The available codes for this field are as follows:
•10 Regular mail (default) •20 Will call - do not mail •30 Bad address - do not mail •40 Give to operations department •50 Sort to top of earnings check batch
An institution option is available that will prevent the printing of addresses on statements when a mail code of 20 or 30 is placed on the address record. If you would like this option, submit a work order. |

The Advertising field is the statement advertising code. See below for more information.

Mnemonic: M1DNAE |
If you want advertising messages to be suspended for a period of time for this account, select Advertising code 0 (Do Not Advertise), and then select a date in this field for when the system will resume sending out advertising messages to this account. Once this date takes place, the system will automatically change the Advertising code to 1 (All Advertising).
You can also select a reason why this account is not receiving advertising messages by selecting a reason from the Do Not Advertise Reason field.
This field also appear on the Valuation/Billing tab of the Additional Loan Fields screen. If you change information on that screen, the changes will be reflected in this field, and vice versa. |

Use this field to designate a reason why this account owner does not want any advertising sent to his or her address. Enter a date for when you want to resume advertising to this account using the DNA Expiration field.
You can add additional reasons to this dialog box through Do Not Advertise Reason Descriptions screen in the Loans > System Setup Screens.
