Loans > Loan Screens > Marketing and Collections Screen

The CIF tab on the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen is used to view and update the account owner's personal information. Most of the information for this tab is pulled from the Households and Employment Information screens under Customer Relationship Management in CIM GOLD.

Loans > Marketing and Collections > CIF Tab

Five blue text links located at the middle-right of this tab can be used to edit certain information for the account. See below for more information about these blue text links and the functions they serve.

The blue text links on this tab are as follows:

•Edit Address - Opens a dialog from which address information connected to the account owner can be edited. This dialog functions identically to the Addresses tab of the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen..

•Edit E-mail - Opens a dialog from which e-mail information connected to the account owner can be edited. This dialog functions identically to the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen > E-mail tab. Once you add or update an email address, it is reflected in the Email list view at the top of this screen.

•Edit Phone - Opens a dialog from which phone information connected to the account owner can be edited. This dialog functions identically to the Customer Relationship Management (CIF) > Households screen > Phones tab. If you select "Work Phone" or "Supervisor Phone" from the Phone Type field on this dialog, the phone number will appear in the Supervisor Phone or Work Phone fields on this tab.

•Edit Household Info - Opens a dialog from which all household information (addresses, e-mails, phones) connected to the account owner can be edited. This dialog functions identically to the Customer Relationship Management (CIF) > Households screen.

•Edit Credit Scores - Opens a dialog from which all credit score information connected to the account owner can be edited. This information is originally entered during loan origination or through the Customer Relationship Management (CIF) > Households screen > Credit Rating and IRS B Notices.

Any information changed or updated through these links and dialogs will be saved for every screen in CIM GOLD.

Note: Your security administrator can set up security so that only certain employees have access to these blue texts links.

The following steps explain how to set up security for these links:

1.Access the Security > Setup screen, select the employee for whom you are setting up security, and then click the Field Level tab.

2.In the All Fields field group, click the list icon under Record Type and select "FPFS – Miscellaneous Function Security."

3.Check any of the boxes in front of the five applicable security options:

FSCECS – Can't Edit Credit Score

FSCDCF – Can’t Delete CIF Recs (addresses)

FSCDEM – Can’t Delete E-mail

FSCDPH – Can’t Delete Phone

FSCDHH – Can’t Delete Household

4.Click <Save Changes>.
