A message box appears beneath the Accounts list view on the EZPay screen, indicating whether there are any pending scheduled payments on the selected account. Below is an example of this box if a recurring payment is scheduled and another example when a one time future payment is scheduled:

If no Recurring or One-Time Future payments are scheduled on the selected account, this box contains the message "No pending scheduled payment." If a monthly recurring payment is set up on the selected account, this box displays the date of the next recurring payment.

Additional Principal not on Recurring Payment Banner

If additional principal is part of the recurring payment (set up in the Additional Principal field in the Payment Totals field group), the banner does not show the additional principal. In versions previous of CIM GOLD (before version 7.9.3), the banner did show the Additional Principal amount. Starting with version 7.9.3, we added the Occurring field to show when recurring payments are processed. Therefore, there wasn't enough room on the banner for Additional Principal.

Users can calculate the Additional Principal by subtracting the amount of the recurring payment from the Next Payment Due, as shown below:

Setting up recurring payments also enables the discontinuerecupmtbutton button, so you can delete recurring payments if asked by the customer. To discontinue future payments, see the One-Time Future Payments topic.

Scheduled payments will also be noted on the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen, as shown below:
