Four list views are visible at the top of the Marketing and Collections screen, regardless of which tab is selected. Click any of the list views to jump to the description of that list view:

At the top of the Marketing and Collections screen is a list view that displays all accounts tied to the borrower. If you select one of these accounts, the fields on the tabs on this screen will be populated with information for that account. The columns in this list view are described below:

Column	Description
Account Number	Account number of each of the loans for this borrower. This can include closed and released loans.
Type	This is the loan type pulled from Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen.
Class	This is the loan classification pulled from Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen.
Principal Balance	This is the remaining Principal Balance on the loan pulled from Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen.
Balance + Fees	This is the remaining Principal Balance on the loan, plus any remaining miscellaneous fees, pulled from Balance + Fees field on the Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen.
Term	This is the term of the loan, pulled from the Term in Months field on the Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen.
Payment	This is the Next Payment Due pulled from the Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen.
Date of Loan	This is the date the loan was opened, pulled from the Date Opened field on the Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen.
Status	This is the loan's status, such as opened, closed, released, or unopened.
Back To Orig	Some institutions use the Back to Original column (OTBORG, calculated by BLCA CABLCSHAVL) for marketing purposes. This amount can give users the lending authority to lend customers additional funds back to the original amount without needing approval. If this value is calculated as negative, it will be displayed as blank unless Institution Option NBTA is enabled. If Institution Option BOTL is used by your institution, this value will only display if it is less than or equal to the value specified by the option. The Back to Original column is calculated as follows: •If the loan is not a precomputed loan (payment method 3): Original Balance (LNOBAL) - Payoff Amount - Prepaid Interest - Insurance Premiums - Reserve Coverage Amount - Total Fees = Back to Original •If the loan is a precomputed loan: Total Payment (OTTPMT) - Original Interest Add-on (LN78OI) - Interest on Insurance (OTININ) - Payoff Amount - Prepaid Interest - Insurance Premiums - Reserve Coverage Amount - Total Fees = Back to Original. If a Tennessee loan, then also subtract Extension Interest (OTXINT)
Credit Limit	The Credit Limit column is set up for the account using the Overall Credit Limit field (CIOVCL) on the CIF tab. This column will instead appear in the Name Information list view below if Institution Option SCLN is enabled.
Cash Available	For payment methods 3, 6, and 16: This is the Overall Cash Available pulled from the Overall Cash Available field on the CIF tab (CIOVCA). For payment method 5 line-of-credit loans: This displays the remaining line-of-credit that can be borrowed for this account owner. It is pulled from the Remaining Line field on the Loans > Line-of-Credit Loans screen. This column will instead appear in the Name Information list view below if Institution Option SCLN is enabled. If the Remaining Line is negative, this column will be blank.
Source Code	This is the Customer Source Code (MLSORC) pulled from the Loans > Account Information > Additional Fields screen > Daily Statistics & Fees tab.
C Type	This is the Customer Type (MLCUTP) pulled from the Loans > Account Information > Additional Fields screen > Daily Statistics & Fees tab.
CS1 and CS2	The CS1 and CS2 columns display credit scores for this borrower. This information is pulled from GOLDTrak PC at the time of funding (LNRSK1/LNRSK2). However, you can manually change or enter a credit score using the Edit Credit Score link from the CIF tab.
OK	This column indicates the number of on-time payments a customer has made over the life of the loan. A payment is considered on time if it was made before the Due Date + Grace Days (did not incur a late charge). It is calculated as follows: Installments Made (LNINNO) minus Number of times 30-59 days late (LNLT30) minus Number of times 60-89 days late (LNLT60) minus Number of times 90 or more days late (LNLT90) See also: Times 30+/60+ Days Late In Last 24 Months

If you select a name in the Name Information list view (see above), the phone numbers associated with that name display in this list view.

Double-click on a name in this list view to open an AutoDialer dialog box, if your system uses Auto Dialer. Or you can right-click the list view and select "AutoDialer." The following dialog box is displayed:

Note: An institution option is available that shows all phone numbers in a household, not just for the selected person, when AutoDialer is activated. If your institution is interested in this option, contact your GOLDPoint Systems account specialist and request that Institution Option SAHP (Show all Household Phones) be set to “Y.”

Also, a CIM GOLD User Preferences option is available that changes the format of phone numbers transfered to Auto Dialer. You can choose phone numbers to be read with or without spaces and dashes. See Format Phone Number in the User Preferences Options menu for more information.

The following is an example of the Phone Information list view. To make changes or add phone numbers to this list view, click the Edit Phone link on the CIF tab. You must have security clearance to add or edit phone numbers.
