Check Actions field group
The buttons and fields on the Check Actions field group on the Checks screen is only useful if you have selected a check or multiple checks from the list view table above. Once a check is selected, certain buttons in this field group become enabled.
See these topics for more information:
Use this field to indicate the teller number of the employee using this screen. Teller numbers can be three or four digits. A valid teller number must be entered here before anything can be done on this screen. |
The Starting Check Number field is used to enter the number of the first check to be printed. It can be up to 10 digits long. The system will automatically increase the number by one for each additional check being printed. If institution option UNAC is set up for your institution, the Starting Check Number is not needed. See the Print Checks topic for more information. |
These three reports are only used with reserve disbursements.
Reserve disbursements processed during the afterhours will generally have more than one loan included on a check. The remittance advice form must be printed and sent with each check.
The Co/Agent report and the Print by Account report do not need to be printed unless you want them. The Print by Co/Agent report prints a list of the checks sorted by payee number. The Print by Account report prints a list of all loans that are included on a check. |
