File Server Base Path |
This field displays the server folder where encrypted and compressed images are stored for your institution. |

Maximum File Size |
Use this field to indicate the maximum file size (in Kb) that your institution will allow for files. Files larger than the value specified in this field will not upload to your database. |

Support Other File Types |
Use this field to indicate whether your institution wants the ability to upload file extension types other than File Services Plus defaults (which are .gif, .jpg, .pdf, .tif, .tiff, .html, .xml, .txt, .csv, and .fax file extensions). In order to view other file extension types, the user's computer needs to have the appropriate programs and viewing software installed (For example, users wanting to view docx files must have Microsoft® Word installed). |

Enable Scanning |
Use this field to indicate whether your institution wants the ability to upload image files directly from a scanner. To add a file from a scanner, the scanner must be attached to the user computer (not through your institution's network) and be up-to-date on its drivers. If this field is not marked, scanned files must first be saved on the user computer or institution network before they can be uploaded by clicking |

Enable Saving GTE Rotated Images |
Use this field to indicate whether your institution wants to allow image files to be rotated from their original orientation and then saved with their new orientation. Images can be rotated from the view window that appears after selecting a file from the list view on the Attached Files screen and clicking |

Use Vaulting |
Use this field to indicate whether your institution wants to use the File Services Plus vaulting service. This service is available in order to comply with government regulations as laid out in the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and allows for the altering of source documents to be restricted to authorized personnel.
Marking this field makes the <Vault Settings> button available for use. Click this button to open the Vaulting Settings dialog, where settings for watermarks can be indicated.

Enable Emailing Standard Images |
Use this field to indicate whether your institution wants to allow users to email standard documents. If a File Type is not defined as sensitive on the File Types screen, it is defined as standard (Authorization to email particular File Types can also be set on the File Types screen). Export Categories |
Click this button to establish a default export location on the user computer. Files are exported from the Attached Files screen. |

Import Categories |
Click this button to establish a default import location on the user computer. Files are added from the Attach Files screen. |

Manage File Type Security |
Click this button to open the File Access Security Setup screen. |

Manage Categories |
Click this button to open the Manage Categories screen. |

Manage Subcategories |
Click this button to open the Sub-Categories screen. |

Manage File Types |
