This tab on the Loans > Account Information > Additional Loan Fields screen displays Valuation and Billing information for the loan account.
Use the Pledged for FRB checkbox field (mnemonic LNPFRB) on this tab (located between the Non-Accrual and Troubled Debt field groups) to indicate whether the loan has been pledged to the Federal Reserve Bank.
