Use this screen to set up definition criteria to be used by the system when it compiles customer accounts into contact queues. Employees at your institution use these queues to contact account owners about designated account activity using the Queues > Contact Queues > Contact Queues screen.

Queues > Contact Queues > Definition Screen

Queues > Contact Queues > Definition Screen

The Contact Queues Definition screen consists of two main functions. Click the links below to view information about these functions:

1.Creating Contact Queues

2.Assigning Users to Contact Queues

Once queues have been defined on this screen, you will need to define the criteria for the queue. This is done using two methods:

1.Create a GOLDWriter report to pull in loan or deposit accounts matching the criteria of that queue. For example, for a queue called "Expiring Insurance Policies" set up on this screen, criteria in GOLDWriter also named "Expiring Insurance Policies" must be set up in order to pull all customer accounts with insurance policies expiring soon. Once the GOLDWriter report and this screen are set up, queues are displayed and processed on the Contact Queues screen. See Contact Queues in GOLDWriter for more information.

2.Create a follow-up queue using the Customer Relationship Management > Comments screen.

Both these methods require a supervisor. You may also need assistance from your GOLDPoint System account manager. For more information on allowing security to the Contact Queues screens, see Security for Contact Queues.
