Use the Type field to select the type of reserve disbursement for the current setup. When a reserve disbursement transaction (tran code 440 or 640) is performed, this field will be used in identifying the kind of disbursement made. The description associated with the type code is automatically displayed by the system. This description is used on reports and on the customer statement at year-end. There is no limit to the number of disbursement records available per loan. However, the maximum number of reserve disbursement records that can be processed in the analysis (see the Process Analysis as Follows field group on the Reserve Analysis Options screen) is 48.

This dialog is set up and maintained by GOLDPoint Systems. If a type of disbursement you need for an account is not listed in this dialog, contact your GOLDPoint Systems client solutions specialist. See the following tables that group the similar reserve disbursement types together.
