The mnemonics in this field group pertain to agent address and contact information: BATRUS (name), BATRST/BATRCTBATRSC (address/city/state), BADAZP/BAZIP4 (zip), BAPHAC/BAPHPF/BAPHON/BAAPEX (phone)

 

This field group displays agent information associated with the selected reserve, if applicable. The fields in this field group display the name and contact information for the agent selected in the Agent (RDAGNO) field (if the agent has already been set up in CIM GOLD through the Loans > Payee Information screen).

 

If an agent's information has not been set up on the Payee Information screen, the message "AGENT NOT FOUND" will appear in this field group when the agent is selected. Click <Edit Agent> to bring up the Payee Information pop-up screen, which allows you to enter information about that agent. Once the agent has been entered on that screen, the applicable information will appear in these fields.
