Navigation: Loans > Loan Screens > Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Screen Group > Bankruptcy Detail Screen >
When you click the POC Itemization link on the bottom of the Bankruptcy Detail screen, the POC Itemization screen appears, as shown below. This screen shows you what fees were outstanding as of the bankruptcy petition date. A Proof of Claim is required to be filed with the Bankruptcy Courts.
See the following example of this screen:
You can change or delete fee amounts on this screen. Any amount you delete is added back onto the Unpaid Principal amount. The dates must be manually entered. If you are unsure of when the fee was incurred, access the Marketing and Collections screen to view the Miscellaneous Fees list view, which shows when miscellaneous fees were assessed and for how much.
Tip: The <Save Changes> button is not on this dialog box. If you make changes to any of the fields on this dialog box, keep the dialog box open, and scroll over to the Bankruptcy Detail screen toward the bottom, and click the <Save Changes> button on that screen. It will save all changes on the POC Itemization dialog box as well. |

1.If it is not monthend yet, reverse the Bankruptcy transaction, as explained in the Undoing Bankruptcy topic.
|
|
Adding fees after Bankruptcy transaction directly on the POC Itemization
1.Click the POC Itemization link and add the applicable fees on the screen. Include the amount and dates. 2.Click <Save Changes>. 3.Assess the same fees to the account using the Miscellaneous Fees list view on the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen. |
Note: Some setup is required by GOLDPoint Systems in order for the POC Itemization and Proof of Claim form to work through CIM GOLD. |
