Navigation: Loans > Loan Screens > Investor Reporting Screen Group >
Use this screen to view and edit information about investor groups designated by your institution. Investors must first be set up on the Loans > Investor Reporting > Investor Master screen before they can be used on this screen. Investors are then designated for individual customer loan accounts on the Loans > Investor Reporting > Loan Investor Fields screen.
The Investor (top, blue) list view on this screen displays the institution-defined ID, Name, and Identifier number of all investors that have been previously set up for your institution on the Investor Master screen. Selecting an investor in the Investor list view will cause the Group (bottom, green) list view to display information about all groups that have been previously set up for the selected investor. The information displayed in the green Group list view corresponds to information entered in the fields on this screen.
Loans > Investor Reporting > Investor Group Screen
To create a group (and add it to the green Group list view), select an investor in the blue Investor list view, click <Create New Group>, enter information in the fields on this screen, and click <Save Changes>. Groups can be deleted by selecting them in the green Group list view and clicking <Delete Group>, and investors can be deleted (along with their groups) by selecting them in the blue Investor list view and clicking <Delete Master and Groups>. Select a group in the green Group list view to edit that group's information in the fields on this screen. To save time in the process of creating groups, the Loans > Investor Reporting > Copy Investor Group screen can be used to copy information from an existing group for use in creating a new one.
All file maintenance to this screen is stored in system history as Record Type IM. Investor record retention periods can be set up for your institution on the Deposits > Definitions > System History Retention screen.
WARNING: The system examines the Loan Investor Fields screen first in all reports and calculations. When determining the Guaranteed Rate, the system will use the value on this screen if sufficient information is not found on the Loan Investor Fields screen. All other fields on this screen will be considered blank if their counterparts on the Loan Investor Fields screen are blank. Bi-weekly loans are exempt from this rule. For information about setting up bi-weekly loans, see the Bi-Weekly Loans help page in the Loan Investor Fields manual. |
