This help topic is more for GOLDPoint Systems account managers, but if you see an option that you want implemented on your EZPay screen, contact your GOLDPoint Systems account manager. |
EZPay can be customized according to each institution's needs. The following links list the various options available for EZPay. These options must be set up by your GOLDPoint Systems account manager. EZPay options are set up in CIM GOLD under GOLDPoint Systems > EZPay IMAC Table, then double-click the name of the institution you are setting up. If the institution name is not listed, they need to be set up by programmers. The fields below the Institution list view will become file maintainable and you can select the options for the institution.

IMPORTANT: Many of the options on the EZPay IMAC Table no longer control options for payments on the institution's website (GOLD Account Center). Therefore, if an institution wants to make changes to EZPay, check to make sure if they would also like that change applied to their website (GAC). If they do, contact a member of the Web Team to set up the accompanying option for GAC. |
