Navigation:  Deposit Screens > Definitions Screen Group > Product Codes Screen > Interest/Retirement tab > Retirement Service Charge Defaults field group

Use this field group to view and edit information about retirement service charge features for the product being created/edited. For more information about creating product codes, see the Entering Product Codes help page.

 

 

Use the fields in this field group to indicate the service charge Code (PCRTSC), Frequency of the service charge (PCSVFQ), Date when the service charge will be next assessed (PCSVDT), and qualifier (Criteria) code for the retirement service charge for the product (PCCTCD). A Criteria code designates which customer accounts will be affected by the service charge code. Possible selections in this field are shown below:

 

 

Retirement features can be adjusted for individual customer accounts in the Retirement Plan Type field group on the Deposits > Account Information > Additional Fields screen. Other retirement features can also be adjusted for individual customer accounts in the Retirement fields on the Deposits > Account Information > Customer Directed Transfers > Customer Directed Transfers screen.
