The Retirement Plan screen is used to view and edit retirement plan information for the customer account. Retirement plans are originally created in Platform. This screen allows you to maintain retirement information. For example, if the plan owner dies, you can enter a Date of Death on the Plan Owner Information tab. You can also change distribution options.

 

This screen is for deposit managers or supervisors. Many of the fields are maintainable if the security for the user is set to Maintain for this screen. Because the fields on this screen affect the retirement account, you may want to restrict some users from changing specific fields on this screen. You can do this on the Security > Setup screen > Field Level tab. For more information on setting up security for users of this screen, see the Security topic.

Record Identification: The fields on this screen are stored in the FPRP record (Retirement Plan). You can run reports for this record through GOLDMiner or GOLDWriter. See FPRP in the Mnemonic Dictionary for a list of all available fields in this record. Also see field descriptions in this help manual for mnemonics to include in reports.
