If you select a name in the Name Information list view at the left, the phone numbers associated with that name display in this list view.
Double-click on a name in this list view to open an AutoDialer dialog box, if your system uses Auto Dialer. Or you can right-click the list view and select "AutoDialer." The following dialog box is displayed:
Note: An institution option is available that shows all phone numbers in a household, not just for the selected person, when AutoDialer is activated. If your institution is interested in this option, contact your GOLDPoint Systems account specialist and request that Institution Option SAHP (Show all Household Phones) be set to “Y.”
The following is an example of the Phone Information list view. To make changes or add phone numbers to this list view, click the Edit Phone link on the CIF tab. (Note: you must have security clearance to add or edit phone numbers.)
