Navigation:  Loan Screens > Marketing and Collections Screen > CIF tab > Edit Phone

Clicking the Edit Phone link from the CIF tab of the Marketing and Collections screen brings up a dialog box, where you can edit phone information connected to this account owner. This information is originally entered during loan origination or through the Customer Relationship Management (CIF) > Households screen > Phones tab.

 

Any information that is changed or updated from this dialog box will be saved for every screen in CIM GOLD.

 

If you select "Work Phone" or "Supervisor Phone" from the Phone Type field on this dialog box, the phone number will appear in the Supervisor Phone or Work Phone list fields on the CIF tab.

 

If you want to limit who has access to this link, a security option is available from the Security > Setup screen, then click the Field Level tab. In the All Fields field group, click the list icon under Record Type and select “FPFS – Miscellaneous Function Security.” Check the box in front of the following security option: FSCDEM – Can’t Delete E-mail.
