Use these fields on the Event Letters, Numbers & Dates field group to indicate the dates on which the corresponding events to generate using this field. In the afterhours of this selected date, the record file for this event will be available for download in the GOLD EventLetters program.
When you select an event, the system automatically defaults today's date in the provided Date field (LNEVDT, LNEVD2-LNEVD5). You can change the date to a future date when the system will generate the event record for this account. See Downloading Event Records in the GOLD EventLetters User's Guide for more information.
