Field

Description

Legal Status

Mnemonic: LNLGLS

Select this checkbox if legal proceedings have been brought against this account or account owner. If this box is checked, "LGL" appears in the Account Status banner for the account, which helps users quickly identify that this account has legal actions proceeding against it. This is different from Hold Code 9, which puts the words "LEGAL" in the alert status banner. This checkbox does not freeze the account, whereas Hold Code 9 does freeze the account.

Open the link below for more information.

UFC17/UFC34

Mnemonic: UFC17, UFC34

These user-defined fields allow you to enter data relevant to your company. You can enter dates, amounts, or any other kind of data. The data entered in these fields will be included on event letters created for events 23 and 24. Event 23 is a Delinquency Event and event 24 is a Specialty Request Letter. See Event 23 and Event 24 in Appendix A of the Other > GOLD EventLetters User's Guide on DocsOnWeb for more information.

UFC17 can store up to seven characters/numbers, and UFC34 can store up to 24 characters/numbers. UFC17 and UFC34 are account specific. Once data is stored in UFC17 or UFC34, the data will show up on all the event letters that use these fields for a specific account.

To save the user-defined fields, enter data in the fields, then click <Save>. You can change previously saved data by editing the data in these fields, then clicking <Save>.
