Cycle Start Date

Mnemonic: IGCSD

This field displays the beginning date of the most recent investor cutoff in this field. On the night of the next cutoff, this date automatically rolls forward according to the Cutoff Frequency field. For example, if the last cutoff date was 9/30/15 and the next cutoff date is 10/31/15, this date will be 9/1/15 for the period of 10/1/15 through 10/31/15. Beginning 11/1/15, the cycle start date will be 10/1/15.

If your institution wants to use a different cycle start date, enter the desired date in the Override Cycle Start Date field.

Date Last Cutoff Cycle

Mnemonic: IGDLC

This field displays the date the investor reports were last cycled and when your institution last reported to the investor. This field is automatically updated by the system on the cutoff date (as indicated in the the Cutoff Frequency field).

Override Cycle Start Date

Mnemonic: IGOSD

Use this field to indicate the starting date for history pulled for the cycled investor reports. This field is automatically cleared on the cycle date. The day following the cycle date will be the Start Date for the next cycle unless you enter a value in this field.

Last Reported

Mnemonic: IGDLR

This field displays the date of the last cycle reporting. It is updated automatically by the system.
