Use this field group to view and edit cutoff and report information for the investor group being created/edited.

Mnemonic: IGRPT

Use this field to indicate report numbers for the particular reports your institution wants generated for the investor group being created/edited. See Reports for more information.

Cutoff Frequency

 

Mnemonic: IGCOF

Use this field to indicate the frequency that the indicated investor Reports are run for the group being created/edited. Use this field in conjunction with the Data field below.

 

Possible selections in this field are as follows:

 

Cycled - Reports are run each month on the day(s) specified in the Data field. This report will show investor activity as of the designated cutoff date (also entered in the Data field).

 

Days - Reports are run every number of days specified in the Data field.

 

Cycled Monthly - Reports will run to show investor activity for a full month prior to the cutoff date specified in the Data field.

Data

 

Mnemonic: IGCOD

Use this field to indicate the frequency that the indicated investor Reports are run for the group being created/edited. See below for more information.

 

Use this field in conjunction with the Cutoff Frequency field above.

 

Cycled/Cycled Monthly

 

If "Cycled" or "Cycled Monthly" is selected in the Cutoff Frequency field, the following codes can be used to represent report run days:

 

•Two-digit numbers from 01 - 31 can be used to represent days of the month.

•EOM can be used to represent the last day of the month.

•The first two letters of each weekday name can be used to represent days of the week (MO for Monday, TU for Tuesday, etc).

 

You must adhere to the following rules when entering information in this field:

 

•Use commas to separate codes that represent different days. Do not use spaces.

•Place an asterisk before a code in this field to designate that day as the cycle cutoff date.

•Days must be entered in chronological order and all numeric values must be entered before alphabetic values.

•Alphabetic values must be entered after the EOM code, if it is used.

 

Example: To run reports on the 7th, 22nd, and Fridays of each month and designate the last day of the month as the cycle cutoff date, enter "07,22,*EOM,FR" in this field.

 

Days

 

If "Days" is selected in the Cutoff Frequency field, reports are run every number of days specified in this field. For example, if you enter “15” in this field, a report will be generated every fifteen days. The information displayed in each report will only cover the number of days between each run date.
