Deposit Screens > Account Information Screen Group > Interest Fields Screen > Interest Fields tab

This field group displays the interest balance history for the customer deposit account. These fields are only valid if the customer account uses the interest feature (the Interest field on the Deposits > Account Information > Account Information screen is marked and IN appears in the Features list at the top of most CIM GOLD screens). Interest features can also be adjusted for individual customer accounts in the Interest Fields field group on the Account Information screen.

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Interest Earned Last Year Mnemonic: DMYITL	This field contains the amount of interest that was posted to the customer account for the previous calendar year, moved from the Year-to-Date Interest field during the year-end processing cycle.
Last Year Withholding Mnemonic: DMYWHL	This field contains the total amount of last year's withholding, moved from the Year-to-Date Penalty Interest field during the year-end processing cycle.
Last Year Interest Penalty Mnemonic: DMYPTL	This field contains the penalty interest amount posted to the customer account for the previous calendar year, moved from the Year-to-Date Penalty Interest field during the year-end processing cycle. This field is only valid on certificate accounts (the Certificate field on the Deposits > Account Information > Account Information screen is marked).
Life-to-Date Interest Mnemonic: DMLTDI	This field contains the total amount of interest that has been posted to the customer account during the life of the account.
Life-to-Date Interest Penalty Mnemonic: DMLTDP	This field contains the total penalty interest amount posted to the customer account during the life of the account.
Accrued Interest at Year End Mnemonic: M2EYAI	This amount represents the accrued unpaid interest on the customer account at year-end. It is used for the FDIC Call Report, Schedule RI.

Features for individual customer certificate accounts can be adjusted on the Certificate Fields tab of the Deposits > Account Information > Additional Fields screen as well as the Certificate Fields field group on the Account Information screen.
