Costed Items field group
Use this field group to view and edit information about costed items associated with the customer deposit account. The Code and Description fields are automatically filled when an item is selected in the Costed Items list view.
The fields in this field group are as follows:
Field |
Description |
Mnemonic: AACITM |
Use this field to indicate the cost per item for the costed service selected in the Costed Items list view. A cost of zero (0) can be used if you simply want to track item counts rather than charging for the item. For instance, you may charge wire transfer fees at the time the wire occurs and not at the end of the cycle with an analysis fee. |
Mnemonic: AICINT |
Use this field to indicate the number of items that are to be charged to the customer account for the costed service selected in the Costed Items list view. This field automatically clears at the end of the Statement Cycle (from the Deposit > Account Information > Account Information screen). |
Mnemonic: AICITM |
Use this field to indicate the value that will be rolled into the specified costed serivces category (selected in the Costed Items list view) at the start of each Statement Cycle (from the Deposit > Account Information > Account Information screen). Certain charges, such as the account maintenance fee, should be charged each month without intervention. By setting up this field on a service, the value will be entered automatically each cycle. Product roll features can be adjusted for individual customer accounts on the Deposits > Account Information > Roll Schedules screen. |
Mnemonic: AAWAVE |
Use this field to indicate whether the costed service selected in the Costed Items list view should be waived. Charges will not accrue on the customer account for these costed fields, and they will not be considered in the service charge calculation. Waived charges will appear on the credit statement marked with an asterisk (*) and the total waived charges will be computed. |
In order for this screen to be used on a customer account, institution analysis setup records must first be created and an option enabled on the account. This process is explained on the Account Analysis Setup help page.
