If you right-click on account numbers in the Summary tab list view on the Contact Queues screen, a list of available functions appears, as shown below. The following table explains these functions.

Edit |
Select this function to edit information in the cells. The actual values in the cells can't be edited from this screen, but the information can be copied. |
Printing |
Select this function for a list of common printing commands such as Print Preview, Printer Settings, and Print. |
Export |
Select this function to export the selected information in the Summary tab list view to Report Manager or a tab-delimited text file (e.g., Microsoft® Excel). Selecting "Export All to Tab Delimited Text" will export all listed accounts to a tab-delimited file. |
Auto Resize |
Selecting this function will automatically resize the columns and rows to meet the width and height of the information. |
Find |
Select this function to search for specific information in the list view. |
Mark Complete |
Once the account owner has been contacted and the designated task has been completed for the selected account, right-click the account and select "Mark Complete." When this is selected, the Handled Date is updated with today's date; the Handled By column is updated with the employee's user name who completed the task, and the How Handled column is updated with the words "Mark Complete," as shown below:
Once an account has been marked as completed, it does not appear in the queue again when the queue is generated, unless a follow-up date is indicated (as explained below).
You can also mark the account complete using the Detail tab. |
Mail Merge |
Use this function to create a mail merge letter to be sent to customers (for example, a birthday message). See the Create a Mail Merge Letter topic for more information. |
Set Follow Up |
Use this function to enter a date when a follow-up call, e-mail, etc. is required for the selected account. When this function is used, the date of the follow-up is displayed in the How Handled column. The account will reappear in the contact queue on the follow-up date. |
