First, select a CIM GOLD record type in the Records list view (on the left of this tab). All CIM GOLD fields under the selected record type category will appear in the Fields list view (in the middle of this tab).

Next, in the Fields list view (in the middle of the tab), mark the checkbox next to each field to be used in selection logic equations. All checked fields will appear in the Selected Fields list view (on the top right of this tab). Only fields selected here will be used to create logic in Step 3 of the Queue Definition Builder.

To remove a field from the Selected Fields list view, simply uncheck the field in the Fields list view (middle column). Repeat this process with as many Record and Field selections as necessary.

Queues will be sorted in the order of the fields listed in the Sort Fields list view (on the bottom right). Select a field in the Selected Fields list view and click <Add to Sort Fields> to add that field to the Sort Fields list view. Use the black arrows on the right of the Sort Fields list view to determine the list order.

Once all necessary fields are selected (and appear in the Selected Fields list view), click <Next> to proceed to Step Three.
