The Queues > Collection screen group contains all information and functions relating to collection queues at your institution.
Collection queues are generally used in your institution's collection efforts and in bringing customer accounts current.
For ease of use, this online help is designed to match the layout of Queues screens in the CIM GOLD tree view, as shown below:
To learn more about Collection screens, see help for the main Queue screens linked below. Certain screens in the Collection screen group (indicated with asterisks below) are part of the old CIM GOLD Collection system (version 0), which in the process of being phased out by GOLDPoint Systems. If your institution still uses the old Collection system (version 0), contact GOLDPoint Systems for information concerning the function of these screens. GOLDPoint Systems recommends that your institution switch over to the new Collection system (version 1) soon.
