This help page explains the first step in the process of creating/editing and defining queues through the Queue Definition Builder dialog (shown below).
Step 1: Queue Definition Builder
1. |
Enter a Name for the queue being created/edited using the fields provided. |
2. |
Enter a brief Description of the queue. Include any details that would help the collector instantly recognize the queue, such as "loans that are more than 90 days late making a payment." |
3. |
Use this checkbox to indicate whether released, zero balance, or locked loans are automatically excluded from the queue when the queue is built. |
4. |
Check the Branch Segmented box if your institution wants to segment its queues into branches (i.e., only assigns accounts to collectors belonging to the same branch). |
5. |
Next, use the tree view on this dialog to indicate which CIM GOLD screen will be displayed as the Detail tab of the Queues > Collection > Collection Queues screen. This screen is typically set as Loans > Marketing and Collections but can be set to whatever screen is needed to enter information for the account. |
6. |
Click <Next> to proceed to Step Two of the Queue Definition Builder process. |
