This screen is part of the old CIM GOLD Collection Queues system (version 0), which in the process of being phased out by GOLDPoint Systems.

 

If your institution still uses the old Collection Queues system (version 0), contact GOLDPoint Systems for information concerning the function of this screen. GOLDPoint Systems recommends that your institution switch over to the new Collection Queues system (version 1) soon.
