You can search for products in the dealer system using the Products screen.

Search for a Product
To search for a product using the Products Screen:

1.Enter search criteria in the Search field to search for a product.

•If you are searching for products matching a general description, enter your search criteria in the Search field and click <Search by Name>. For example, you could enter "arctic" and the system would find all plans with arctic in the name.

•If you want to search for a product number, enter the number of the product in the Search field and click <Search by Number>.

•You can display all products by clicking the <Search by Name> button without any search parameters, or you can enter search parameters to limit the search.

2.If you want to search for products that are inactive, check the Include Inactive field.

3.Once the search criteria has been entered, click <Search by Name> or <Search by Number> to populate the Products list view with all the products that meet the search criteria. Note: If no matches are returned, you can create a new product by clicking <Create New>.

After selecting a plan in the Products list view you can:

•Add or modify relationships

•Edit a product
