You can create new products for the dealer system using the Products screen.

 

Create a New Product

To create a new product, complete the following steps:

1.Click the <Create New> button on the lower, right-hand side of the screen. This will clear the fields on the screen and allow you to enter in the details of the product.

2.Fill in all of the required and applicable fields on the Products Screen.

3.Click <Save>. Note: When creating a new product, you must click <Save> to save the product before you can add relationships or modify the fields in the Field and Value field group.

4.Select the product in the Products list view and add any relationships to the product using the <Relationships> button.

5.Modify the fields in the Field and Value field group.

Sometimes you have to select a different product in the Products list view and then reselect your newly created product for the fields in the Field and Value field group to become file maintainable.

The Field and Value field group remains blank if there are no Field and Value fields set up for the product type.

6.Once you have filled in all the required and applicable fields and added relationships, click <Save> to save the new product.

7.The new product is now displayed in the Products list view and is available in GOLDTrak PC and eGOLDTrak for your dealers.
