Navigation: Customer Relationship Management Screens >
Use this screen to view and edit information about the customer household.
This screen appears under Customer Relationship Management in CIM GOLD and as the Customer Info tab on the Customer Relationship Management > Customer Profile screen. It also appears as the Names tab on the Loans > Credit Reporting screen, but household information cannot be changed from that screen.
A household is defined as any number of individuals, addresses, and accounts that are related to each other. A business with multiple partners may be a single household (with each partner as a customer of the household and each business office as an address in the household). A household may also be a single person with one address and one checking account.
Each account can only be assigned to one household.
The Household field at the top of the screen displays the system-defined ID number for the selected household. The system generates this number when the household is first created (<New Household> is clicked).
Record Identification: The fields on this screen are stored in the FPND, FPP0, FPE0, CSCI, CSNT, FPNR, and CSCN records (CIF Name, CIF Phone Numbers, CIF Email Addresses, Customer Information, Customer Comments, Batch Report Setup, and Customer Comment Types). You can run reports for this record through GOLDMiner or GOLDWriter. See FPND, FPP0, FPE0, CSCI, CSNT, FPNR, and CSCN in the Mnemonic Dictionary for a list of all available fields in these records. Also see field descriptions in this help manual for mnemonics to include in reports. |
