Navigation: Customer Relationship Management Screens > Households Screen >
Use the Services tab on the Households screen (or on the Customer Info tab of the Customer Relationship Management > Customer Profile screen) to view and edit information about services provided to the selected household. This tab can also be used to keep track of marketing information and view results of that marketing.

The Customer History on File field indicates whether a customer history record is on file for the selected household. The Added In After Hours field indicates whether the household has been added to the system in the afterhours. Use the Additional Data text entry fields at the bottom of the tab to indicate any additional miscellaneous information about the household.
