Customer Relationship Management > Customer Relationship Management Screens > General Information Screen > Names/Personal tab

This field group contains employment information entered for the customer selected in the Names list view. This information is established when the account is initially opened, but can be changed using the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen. If you do not have security access to the Households screen, you can click Edit Household Info on the CIF tab on the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen instead.

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Occupation Mnemonic: NDOCCU	This field contains the occupation of of the customer selected in the Names list view.
Employer Mnemonic: NDEMPL	This field contains the employer of of the customer selected in the Names list view.
Salary Mnemonic: NDSALR	This field contains the salary range of of the customer selected in the Names list view. This information can be file maintained on the Names tab of the Households screen.
Employee Mnemonic: NDEMPL	This field indicates whether the customer selected in the Names list view is an employee at your institution.
Officer Mnemonic: NDISOF	This field indicates whether the customer selected in the Names list view is an officer at your institution.
