Navigation:  Customer Relationship Management Screens > General Information Screen > Future Events tab

This tab displays information about upcoming account events pertaining to the customer (for the indicated household, if the household search field is in use).

 

The list view on this tab displays the Date of the upcoming event, the number of Days until the event occurs, the Account number that will be affected, the event type, the account Status, and a brief description of the Event itself.

This screen is used for informational purposes only. The information displayed on this screen must be adjusted on the appropriate screen in CIM GOLD.

 

Click on any column header to organize the list view by that column's information type.
