Customer Relationship Management > Customer Relationship Management Screens > General Information Screen > Names/Personal tab

This field group contains security information entered for the customer selected in the Names list view. This information is established when the account is initially opened, but can be changed using the Customer Relationship Management > Households screen. If you do not have security access to the Households screen, you can click Edit Household Info on the CIF tab on the Loans > Marketing and Collections screen instead.

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Mother's Maiden Name Mnemonic: NDMAID	This field contains the maiden name of the mother of the customer selected in the Names list view.
Driver's License/ID Mnemonic: NDLIC#	This field contains the driver's license number (or alternate ID number) of the customer selected in the Names list view.
State Mnemonic: NDLIST	This field contains the 2-character Postal Service state code for the state that issued the identification number (specified in the Driver's License/ID field) to the customer selected in the Names list view.
Expires Mnemonic: NDLEXP	This field contains the date when the identification specified in the Driver's License/ID field will expire.
Issued Mnemonic: NDISDT	This field contains the date when the identification specified in the Driver's License/ID field was issued.
Additional ID Mnemonic: NDID2#	This field contains any additional identification number that your institution has required from the customer selected in the Names list view. This field is used to help institutions comply with Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements.
Expires Mnemonic: NDIDEX	This field contains the date when the identification specified in the Additional ID field will expire.
Issued Mnemonic: NDISD2	This field contains the date when the identification specified in the Additional ID field was issued.
ID Checked Mnemonic: NDCKID	This field indicates whether the identification number specified in the Driver's License/ID field has been verified according to your institution's compliance with Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements.
