Navigation: Customer Relationship Management Screens >
This screen displays general information about the selected customer.
The Household search field at the top of this screen (regardless of which tab is selected) can be used to indicate which specific household (attached to the customer) will have its information displayed on this screen. To do this, simply enter a household number in the field and press <Search>. If the household number is valid, that household's information will appear in the fields on the screen. If you are unsure what household numbers are attached to the selected customer, use the Household field on the Summary tab to view a list of available household numbers.
Press <Clear Search> to remove the indicated household number and resume viewing all of the customer's information for all attached households in the fields on this screen.
