Internet and Phone Systems Screens > User Profile Screen > Accounts tab > Alerts tab

This field group displays information about alerts sent to the web user account selected in the Accounts list view. This field group appears on the Alerts tab regardless of which sub-tab is selected below.

This information can be displayed for Personal/Company users (if the Accounts tab is accessed from the main User Profile screen) or Sub-Users (if the Accounts tab is accessed from the Sub-Users tab).

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Alert Last Sent Mnemonic: N/A	The most recent date an alert was sent to the user.
Alerts Sent Today Mnemonic: AKCNDL	The total number of alerts sent on the present day.
Alerts First Created Mnemonic: N/A	The date the selected account was set up for user alerts.
Alerts Sent Lifetime Mnemonic: AKCNLF	The total number of alerts sent over the life of the selected account.
