File Services Plus in GOLDTrak PC |

File Services Plus (FSP) works exactly the same way in GOLDTrak PC as it does in CIM GOLD. Any time you attach files to an account, customer, or lender number using FSP in GOLDTrak PC, those files can also be seen in CIM GOLD.
However, your GOLDPoint Systems account manager must set up a few options for your institution in order for you to be able to use FSP in GOLDTrak PC. Once the setup has been done, the FSP menu will be displayed at the top of the GOLDTrak screens, as shown below.

Documents Screen
Another unique feature of using FSP in GOLDTrak PC is that you can quickly upload documents to FSP from the Documents screen. These documents can also be uploaded automatically. See the following help pages for more information:
