Loans > Loan Screens > Account Information Screen Group

Use this screen to set up user-defined fields at your institution for the selected customer loan account. These fields are used to store data about individual loans for which there are no designated CIM GOLD fields already programmed.

Descriptions for these fields are set up through the Loans > System Setup Screens > User Defined Descriptions screen. GOLDPoint Systems will not incorporate these fields in system reports or programs. User-defined numeric fields (dollar, number, percent; see below) can be totaled in GOLDWriter.

Field codes are assigned by GOLDPoint Systems. The user-defined field codes available on this screen are as follows:

Field Codes	Description
UFC Mnemonics: UFC01-34	Character fields that store alphanumeric text. There are 34 UFC codes available for definition on the Character Fields tab. Fields 1-17 have a maximum length of 7 characters while fields 18-34 have a maximum length of 24 characters.
UFDLLR Mnemonics: UFDLLR1-9	Dollar fields that store dollar amounts (two decimal places). There are 9 UFDLLR codes available for definition on the Dollar Fields tab.
UFN Mnemonics: UFN01-34	Number fields that store two-digit values. There are 34 UFN codes available for definition on the Numeric Fields tab. Fields 1-17 have a maximum length of 2 digits, fields 18-26 have a maximum length of 4 digits, and fields 27-34 have a maximum length of 12 digits.
UFPCT Mnemonics: UFPCT1-8	Percent fields that stores percent values up to three decimal places. There are 8 UFPCT codes available for definition on the Percent Fields tab.

These indicators are also used in GOLDWriter to format the data.

The Collateral Summary field at the bottom of this screen (regardless of which tab is selected) displays the summary of the collateral attached to this loan. The collateral item is set up on the Loans > Collateral Detail screen, and you can attach it to the loan using the Collateral Description field on the bottom of the Loans > Account Information > Account Detail screen.

	Record Identification: The fields on this screen are stored in the FPUF record (User Defined Fields). You can run reports for this record through GOLDMiner or GOLDWriter.
