Loan Initialization Screen |

The Loan Initialization screen is rarely used. This screen was originally designed to initialize loans to be opened through transaction code 680 (Open Loan) in CIM GOLDTeller. Usually, you will use a third-party loan origination system or GOLDTrak PC to open loans.
However, if you do intend to manually open loans through CIM GOLDTeller, this help explains the process.

WARNING: Before using this or the Loan Pattern Setup screen, your institution's User Preferences file must be set up to view unopened accounts. The User Preferences dialog is found under the Options menu at the top of CIM GOLD. Check the box next to View Unopened Accounts, as shown below:

In order to use this screen, your institution must:
•Subscribe to it on the Security > Subscribe To Mini-Applications screen.
•Set up employees and/or profiles with either Inquire (read-only) or Maintain (edit) security for it on the CIM GOLD tab of the Security > Setup screen. |
