This field group displays the twelve most recent guaranteed investor ARM Rates and the Dates they went into effect for the selected customer loan account.

 

 

When a rate roll occurs, the system calculates the Rate (LNINR1-LNINR9, LNINRA-LNINRC) and Date (LNIEF1-LNIEF9, LNIEFA-LNIEFC) information and places the information in the next available fields in this field group. Old Rates and Dates will remain displayed in chronological order until the table is full, then the oldest Rates and Dates will be replaced by new ones as rolls occur.

 

When a payment is made on a delinquent loan, the system locates the current effective Date in this table and pulls the appropriate Rate into the Next Guaranteed Rate field (then later to the Current Guaranteed Rate field) in the loan record. The investor reports will also pull the appropriate Rate from this table based on effective dates.
