The mnemonics in this field group pertain to company, attorney, and trustee name and contact information: CAA401-3/CACT40/CASTAB (address), CACCON (company contact), CACOMP (company name), CAPHNE (phone), CAZIP5 (zip)

 

Use this field group to view information about institution attorneys and trustees that have already been set up on the Loans > Payee Information screen (which can be accessed by clicking <Payee Information>).

 

The list view at the top of this field group displays information about attorneys and bankruptcy trustees designated by your institution. This information is set up on the Loans > Payee Information screen. Payees set up on the Payee Information screen will only appear in this list view if their Payee Type is either "Attorney" or "Trustee." The other fields in the Financial Institution's Attorney Information field group will be populated with information from the attorney or trustee selected in this list view. That information can be moved into either the Bankruptcy Trustee or Debtors Attorney field group (by clicking <Move To Attorney> or <Move To Trustee>) and will be available for editing.

 

Payees set up on the Payee Information screen will only appear in the list view if their Payee Type is either "Attorney" or "Trustee." The other fields in this field group will be populated with information from the attorney or trustee selected in the list view. That information can be moved into either the Bankruptcy Trustee or Debtors Attorney field group (by clicking <Move To Attorney> or <Move To Trustee>) and will be available for editing.

 

Use the Display radio buttons on the right side of this field group to indicate which information appears in the list view. This list view can be filtered to show only Attorneys, only Trustees, or both (All).
