Use this field group on the UCC/Title Fields dialog to indicate further designation information about the collateral item being created/edited on the Loans > Collateral Detail screen.

 

 

Use these fields to indicate the types of agreements that define the collateral item. Possible agreement types are Lessee/Lessor, Consignee/Consignor, Bailee/Bailor, and Seller/Buyer (mnemonic CFLESS, CFCNSG, CFBAIL, CFSLBY). The collateral item can also be identified as an Agricultural Lien (mnemonic CFAGLN).

 

Mark the Non-UCC Filing field (mnemonic CFNUCC) if the collateral item does not require a UCC filing number. For more information about UCC, see Section 24.1.1 in the Loan manual on DocsOnWeb.
