Navigation:  Deposit Screens > Definitions Screen Group > System History Screen > Record list view

When <Get History> is clicked, this list view is populated with history items that match the criteria established in the History Criteria fields. Select a history item in this list to populate the Key and Field list views with that history item's information.

 

Click on any column header to organize the list view by that column's information type.

 

 

The columns displayed in this list view relate to the information designated in the History Criteria fields. Additionally, the Action column clarifies whether the history item is an Add, Drop, or F/M (file maintenance) item and the Terminal column displays the serial number of the computer the history item was created from.
