Navigation:  Deposit Screens > Definitions Screen Group > System History Screen > Field list view

Select a history item in the Record list view to populate this and the Key list views with further information about that history item.

 

Click on any column header to organize the list view by that column's information type.

 

 

This list view displays all other changes that were made on the system at the same time as the selected history item. This list view contains the changed fields' Mnemonics, Field Names, and Old and New values as a result of the file maintenance performed.

 

Additionally, the Repeat column indicates which field was changed if the screen in question has multiples of the same field.
