Use this field group on the Checking tab to view and edit information about imaged features for the product being created/edited.

To use the imaged statement option, contact GOLDPoint Systems to designate a third-party check image processor and enable the necessary system features. For a current list of vendors available for this service, see Ancillary Services in the Other section in DocsOnWeb. If GOLDPoint Systems processes your imaged statements (Institution Option OPTU - FIMG), only statement cycle codes 102-131 can be used with imaged accounts. To learn more about imaged statements, see help for the Deposits > Account Information > Check Imaging screen as well as the Check Imaging Options help page. Imaged statement features can be adjusted for individual customer accounts in the Image Fields field group on the Deposits > Account Information > Statement Fields screen.

The fields in this field group are as follows:

Field	Description
Images Accross Mnemonic: PCACDN	Use this field to indicate the number of columns of check images that will print on each page of imaged statements for the product.
Keep Images Term/Type Mnemonic: PCGSTS	Use these fields to determine when check images should be purged from the system. The term must be greater than or equal to the product's Statement Cycle (ex: statement cycle 1 (monthly) must keep images for at least one month). Also, the term may not be greater than the Keep History Term (ex: if keeping history for 3 months, images may not be kept for 4 months). The term Type can be expressed in Days, Months, or Years.
Images Down Mnemonic: PCACDN	Use this field to indicate the number of rown of check images that will print on each page of imaged statements for the product.
Print 2-Sided Statement Mnemonic: PC2SID	Use this field to indicate whether the product's imaged statements will print on both sides of a page.
Landscape Format Mnemonic: PCLAND	Use this field to indicate whether the product's imaged statements will print in landscape format. Leave this field blank to print imaged statements in portrait format.
Items Front and Back Mnemonic: PCFRBK	Use this field to indicate whether the product's imaged statements should show both front and back check images.
