Use the Card Payment Calculations tab to view, edit, and set up card payment calculations. You can determine the balance used for a calculation and the percentage of that balance that will be used to calculate card payments.

Field Descriptions

Field	Description
Card Payment Calculations List View	This list view displays all of the card payment calculations that have been set up. Clicking on a card payment calculation in this list view displays the details of that calculation in the Payment Calculation Detail fields below. This list view contains the following columns which can be used to sort: •Description: Displays a description or name of the card payment calculation. •Balance Used: Displays the balance (original or actual) used for the card payment calculation. •Percent of Balance: Displays the percent of the balance used for the card payment calculation.
Description	Enter a description or name for the card payment calculation. Make sure to be descriptive enough that it is easy to know the calculation's function.
Balance Used	Select Original or Actual to determine what balance is used to calculate card payments.
Percent of Balance	Enter the percent of the balance to be used to calculate card payments.

Button Descriptions

Button	Description
<Create New>	Click this button to enable to Payment Calculation Detail fields and create a new card payment calculation.
<Save>	Click this button to save any changes that you've made to the screen.
