This list view displays all names and account numbers associated with the address being created/edited. This list view may change depending if more than one address is connected to this account or person, and which account you select in the Addresses list view. The Mailing and Property Address fields on the Accounts tab is where you set up which addresses should be used with which accounts. The checkboxes in this table cannot be file maintained here. Make changes to the Address fields on the Accounts tab, and then this list view table will reflect those changes accordingly.
For example, Cate Cable has three accounts and two addresses. One address is her home and the other address is her property. Accounts 1 and 2 are for personal loans she has with your institution. Her third account is for a business loan she has with your institution. She wants her business account statements to be sent to her business address, and she wants her personal account statements to be sent to her home. You would verify the address and account information using the Accounts tab, and then the Name/Account list view on the Addresses tab will reflect those changes accordingly, as shown below:
