Household(s)

Mnemonic: NDSEIN

Use this field in conjunction with the household search field to indicate which household's information to view on this screen. The household search field can be entered manually, but this option allows the user to select a household from a list rather than typing the household number from memory.

Once a household number is selected in this field, that number appears in the household search field at the top of the screen. Press <Search> to make all fields on this screen display only information for the indicated household. Press <Clear Search> to remove the indicated household number from the household search field and resume viewing all of the customer's information for all attached households on this screen.

Multiple Borrower Number

Mnemonic: MAMBNM

The 6-digit ID borrower number assigned to the customer.

Multiple Borrower Search Key

Mnemonic: MASRCD

The alpha search key of the customer. This key consists of the first three letters of the last name and the first three letters of the first name. For example, Jacob Smith = SMIJAC.

Master Maturity Date

Mnemonic: MAMTDT

The maturity date of the guidance line. A guidance line is the overall amount your institution lends to a borrower and can include one or multiple loans.

Master Guarantee

Mnemonic: MAMGAM

The total of all guarantee amounts. A guarantee amount is the account's principal balance or line-of-credit limit.
